Contemporary Art Work based on Photography

This conceptual photography art work, based on "unconscious creativity", explores the emotions around the status of celebrity. By extension, it's a study of our consumer and communication society.
Scenes have been created in Paris, Cannes, Monaco, Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Las Vegas and Tokyo. The scripts are based on the early Hollywood, till now with a projection on the future. Artistic references are very varied, ranging from Ed Wood to David Lynch. From Fellini to Antonioni. From painter Edvard Munch -"The Scream"- to Lucian Freud.
This project began 7 years ago, contains now 70 pictures and is made with cameras of the seventies and black & white Polaroid T665 film, which are no more produced. The pictures are not retouched, neither digitally altered in anyway, to contrast with what is done nowadays. For more info, click here.

IMPORTANT: The Actors working on this project were over 21 year of age at the time of the shootings. They all had the minimum MBI (Body Mass Index) recommended by the United Nation Health Organization.
