Indie Acoustic Rock band Catcha (Toby May and Chris Drew) on their new album: "2"

Catcha was looking for an image reflecting the authencity and simplicity of their music. After a long pre-production work, including meetings, brain storming and tests, we decided to go for this unique look, made out of several black and white portraits shot on Ilford film and kept raw. Thanks to our graphic designer Christophe Stadler, for his open minded approach, we made this art work happen as it is. For event pictures, we choose to work with a digital camera creating color pictures.

For their concerts, we created the concept of "CatchaLight". As you can see on the concert pictures (scroll down), we used simple but very efficient lighting, creating a typical rock atmosphere. About Catcha Music

Chris Drew and Toby May are 2 opposites who fused their unique artistic vision to become CATCHA. After their first flamboyant electric album (Lotus Records 2007), the British duo was compelled to dig deeper to reach the true essence of their art, and so, wrote and auto-produced an acoustic album (Catchamusic 2009). In order to give the audience the clearest possible insight, CATCHA chose this simple and direct approach to retain the delicate and intimate nature of their lyrics and melodies. The 12 songs of this new opus entitled "2" explore the inside world, where each and everyone's innermost emotions, anxieties and fantasies are set free. The additional lush arrangements bring power and depth to the 2 voices and 2 guitars, revealing the full flavor of this acoustic-pop album. The single "Cold as Stone" sums up the world of Catcha.
